About Chocz – Chocz. Pte. Ltd
Chocz. began in early 2001 with a vision shared by the founding partners. That vision was to make available to Singaporeans quality premium chocolates, as good if not better that the European brands. Together they invested in machinery and sourced for the finest raw materials from Europe and cocoa beans from Africa, South America and Asia. Production began under the strict guidance and instruction of Swiss German Master Chocolatier, Mr Reto Marzari – whose creations and constant innovation made Chocz. to what it is today. Each praline creation goes through thorough R&D, “because each ingredient, every type of chocolate used has an effect on the product”.

Incorporating some of the most sophisticated and modern machinery from Europe into the manufacturing process has allowed us to continue to place emphasis on a handcrafted production process while still being able to meet the production and quality demands of customers.
Selecting the finest raw materials that stem mainly from Europe and combining them with the right expertise, we have been producing chocolates to supply gourmet chocolates to gift-shops, hotels and restaurants and corporate clients with much success.

People Behind Chocz
At the helm of production, is our director, Ms Katherine Koh assisted by Pastry Chef, Mr Devin Ng, with his keen eye for detail to ensure that all chocolates leaving the production house are made to European standards. His flair for creative synthesis has resulted in many a new and delightful confection that continues to excite and tingle the palate. Mr. Ronald Lum provides the overall strategic directions to grow the organization. Promotion and merchandising is taken care by Ms Alina Chen, who ensure that customers get the best value from buying Chocz products.
As the Retail Manager, Mr. Lin Shihao is responsible for the smooth operation of the various outlets entrusted in his care. Savvy with a sassy business acumen and a stronghold of retail experience, his passion inspires and ensures that every need of the customer is met.
The final piece of the puzzle, Mr Benny Chua had the opportunity to enter the chocolate retail business in 2001. Since then, he has used his professional experience and acute perception to bring about the idea of the Chocolate Café into Singapore, whereby savouring chocolate, now becomes a lifestyle concept and a passion for quality. As the director of the company, he believes it is holistic teamwork that brings about success and his greatest satisfaction lies in the upholding of good service standards and cultivating a love for the art of chocolate appreciation.
Chocolate, Our Passion
The pralines from Chocz. are exclusively handcrafted to explore the taste, aroma and the infinite creativity of its European tradition. The vision is carried on to this day and the passion continues under the leadership of founder/owner Mr Benny Chua. Mr Chua has continued with the exacting standards and total adherence for his production facility to follow the original European tradition.
