Chocz. began as a retail concept selling gourmet chocolates in Singapore, in 2001. Following that, the company ventured an investment in Malaysia, in 2003, thereby starting the very first Chocolate Café and Boutique of its kind in Malaysia. The year 2005 was exciting in that it heralded the launch of the chocolate production house in Singapore, the conversion of existing retail outlets into Chocolate Cafés and Boutiques and the opening of the largest Chocolate Café there is, in the whole of South East Asia.
Looking into a projected setting up of local and overseas franchises and the opening of more Chocolate Café outlets in Singapore, this business concept which focuses on innovation and quality is the culmination of the passion that is Chocz. Indeed, the professionals in Chocz. with a combined knowledge and experience field of more than 60 years are able to meet the demands of even the most challenging clients.
Innovative & High Quality Chocolate Incorporating some of the most sophisticated and modern machinery from Europe into the manufacturing process has allowed us to continue to place emphasis on a handcrafted production process while still being able to meet the production and quality demands of customers.
Selecting the finest raw materials that stem mainly from Europe and combining them with the right expertise, we have been producing chocolates to supply gourmet chocolates to gift-shops, hotels and restaurants and corporate clients with much success.

People Behind Chocz At the helm of production, is renowned Swiss Master Chocolatier, Mr Reto Marzari, with his keen eye for detail to ensure that all chocolates leaving the production house are made to European standards. His flair for creative synthesis has resulted in many a new and delightful confection that continues to excite and tingle the palate.
The Corporate Department is headed by Mr. Michael Tan who looks into the customization of chocolates to cater them to food services such as hoteliers, caterers and event organizers, corporate organizations such as banks and business and marketing opportunities for companies around.
As the Retail Manager, Ms Trivian Chua is responsible for the smooth operation of the various outlets entrusted in her care. Savvy with the a sassy business acumen and a stronghold of retail experience, her passion inspires and ensures that every need of the customer is met.
The final piece of the puzzle, Mr Benny Chua had the opportunity to enter the chocolate retail business in 2001. Since then, he has used his professional experience and acute perception to bring about the idea of the Chocolate Café into Singapore, whereby savouring chocolate, now becomes a lifestyle concept and a passion for quality. As the director of the company, he believes it is holistic teamwork that brings about success and his greatest satisfaction lies in the upholding of good service standards and cultivating a love for the art of chocolate appreciation.
Our Chocolate, Our Passion A plethora of taste, with an excitingly wide and tempting range of flavours, the pralines from Chocz. are exclusively handcrafted to explore taste, aroma and the infinite creativity in fine European tradition.
With over 60 different varieties, with each creation having its own distinguishing taste and using chocolate couverture that is made from cocoa beans which are sourced from Africa, South America and Asia, the handcrafted pralines from Chocz. are perfectly blended to create a truly refined taste sensation.
